How do I know my order has gone through?

You will get an email informing that your order has been received and will be processed. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please go to the Contact Us page and send a message.  Please also check, whether the amount has been debited from your account.

Does Puppliy provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we’ll get it addressed!

    Will the actual product vary from what I see on your website?

    We do our best to provide you with the most accurate images, but please be advised that small deviations in colour may exist.

    Do you offer discounts?

    We will offer discounts and offers to our new and returning customers from time to time. These discounts will consist of codes to use in the shopping cart section of the site and will be found via our social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Only one code can be used per transaction per customer.

    Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
